Howdy!
So this past week I had my focus on eating smart. Lots of greens, cooking my own grains, and avoiding the bad stuff... Worked alright, and I felt good about my how I ate. A few meals were had out and about, some take out Indian, oh yeah that big night of sushi (a needed recovery from a hellish Tuesday)... The worst of all meals might have been the Chick-a-fil that we had on our way to buy an elliptical.
Oh that what I should be writing about! The Elliptical!
So I have never had a piece of big exercise equipment in my house/home. Now that I have my house, my forever home (I am never moving – yes it’s that awesome), it is time to put that big hulking machine right smack in the middle (or off to the side a bit) of the master bedroom. So there it is, and I am determined that we didn’t just purchase a thousand dollar towel rack (I do have a towel rack, it’s heated, you should have one also – keeps the towels fresh and will keep your bathroom warm too).
The delivery is a few days out, and the inaugural use should be over the weekend. I’ll take it the interwebs are rooting for me and my mission of drop-the-past-decade-of-over-indulgent-social-happenings-and-the-next-day-recovery-food.-Damn-is-that-really-my-jeans-size?-
Oi! Onwards, it’s only Monday…
